Mascara Mondays – Loreal Lash Paradise Mascara

What did I try today?

Loreal Lash Paradise Mascara in Blackest Black

What it is supposed to do?

Who wants voluptuous volume and intense length? ME! This mascara also claims to remove easily with soap and water.

About

This mascara is a cult favorite.  Many love this mascara and it is highly spoken about within the beauty community.  It received 4/5 stars on Loreal’s website at $9.99 and 3.8/5 stars on Amazon.com at $8.49.

The Wand

This is my perfect type of wand.  It’s hourglass shaped and has over 200 bristles!!! WHAT!

I really enjoy wands that have a lot of bristles that aren’t hard plastic.  Those never seem to do well for me for some reason.  I think it is because I like my lashes to be separated and those tend to make my lashes bind together.  It’s not terrible… just not the look I am going for.

Application and Formula

The formula is flawless. This applies like a dream and is so easy.  I curl my lashes with a curling wand and then apply.  My lashes are long with a ton of volume at first swipe.  First impressions were really good!!!

Real Life Wear

Fantastic.  This mascara wears so well.  I am so impressed.  It didn’t flake or irritate my eyes.  I do wear contacts and I didn’t have any problems at all with the wear.

I also stayed curled with volume.  The length was intense and perfect.

Overall Thoughts

Honestly, 5/5 for me.  Initial thoughts were fantastic and after multiple wears, my opinion has not changed.  I liked this mascara so much that I am giving away three of them on my Instagram!  Check it out.  The giveaway ends tomorrow.

Have you tried this one?  It is a fav of yours?!

Wishing you all the bright fireflies,

Jennifer
